Oral Medication Center Technician
Central Care Cancer Center is hiring an individual to assist in the Oral Medication Center in our Great Bend, KS clinic location.
The Oral Medication Center Technician will work closely with the Oral Medication Center Manager and medical oncology staff. Candidates must have excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Candidates should demonstrate good judgement as well as attention to detail while working well with a team.
- Assist with oral medication dispensing
- Handle patient prescriptions
- Assist medical oncologist as needed
- Insurance and prior authorizations
- Other medical office duties as assigned
- Oral Medication Center / Pharmacy experience preferred
- Computer skills
- 3-6 years' CMA or CNA experience a plus
- Oncology related experience a plus
- CNA / CMA Certification a plus
- Pharmacy Tech certification perferred
