Receptionist
Central Care Cancer Center is seeking a Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our medical oncology team at our Bolivar, MO location. Our clinic offers a positive, fast-paced environment where team members play a vital role in delivering the best possible care to our patients.
As a Medical Assistant/Receptionist you will work closely with the medical oncology staff, assisting in patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30 pm. No late nights or weekends.
Essential Functions
- Greet and welcome patients, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Mange patient check-in processes, including verifying insurance information and collecting co-pays
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Rooming patients, taking vitals and documenting patient information in medical record
- Preparing examination rooms for patients
- Sending out physician notes when requested
- Provides necessary support to front desk staff
- Effective communication with all clinic staff to maintain efficient operations and excellent patient care
Job Experience
- Basic proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel functions
- Previous experience in a medical office environment preferred
- CNA / CMA certification or relevant experience a plus
