Talent Acquisition Manager
Annika Wilson, MBA is the Central Care Cancer Center Talent Acquisition Manager. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Kansas and her Masters of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix. Annika is responsible for all of the physician and high level medical staff recruiting efforts at Central Care Cancer Center. Annika has been in the marketing and business development field for over 10 years with 5 years physician recruiting experience.
Chief Nursing Officer
Brenda Bernard is the Chief Nursing Officer for Central Care Cancer Center. Since receiving her nursing degree in 1994, Brenda has focused her career in the Oncology field. She received her Master of Science in Nursing, Nurse Executive Track in August of 2015. Brenda has an active RN licensure in Kansas, Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) and is an ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy card holder. Progressive experience in healthcare leadership including clinical operations, clinical program development, policy development, regulatory and accreditation for outpatient oncology, oncology revenue cycle, cancer committee, and clinical research. She is a local and national member of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS), Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC), Community Oncology Alliance (COA) and American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).
Director of Human Resources
Kristi Hays is the Director of Human Resources for Central Care Cancer Center. She received her Master of Business Administration degree from South University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management & Leadership from Friends University. Kristi is a Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and has earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Kristi is responsible for overseeing all facets of human resources including recruiting and staffing, policy implementation, managing employee relations and development, benefit administration, facilitation of employee training, administration of company wellness program, and employee engagement.
Director of Radiation
Mary Goldbach is the Director of Radiation Oncology. She earned her Bachelors in Health Administration along with her Associate degree in Radiologic Technology from the University of Southern Indiana. She went on to get a Certificate in Radiation Therapy from the Community College of Denver. Mary received her Masters of Health Administration from Walden University. She has over 15 years of experience in radiation oncology. Her main responsibility is to have operational oversight of all radiation oncology operations. Mary is a member of the Society for Radiation Oncology Administrators (SROA), American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT), and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Human Resources Generalist
Meghan Shank is the Human Resources Generalist for Central Care Cancer Center. Meghan received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Wichita State University. Meghan is responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources in recruiting and staffing, benefit administration, facilitation of employee training, administration of company wellness program and employee engagement.
