Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Marketing as well as be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet company objectives. Candidates must have excellent communication, problem solving, organization and follow-up skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Candidates should demonstrate good judgement as well as attention to detail while working well with a team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates marketing, advertising and public relations activities
• Supports Physician Relations and PR visits
• Supports coordination of TV and Radio advertising
• Supports all clinics with various events such as Pro Am, Trade Shows, and Health Fairs
• Coordination and planning of all clinic open house events
• Provides sponsorship support
• Handles all print material
• Handles all branding and design
• Provides support and leads media buys and marketing strategy navigation
• Willingness to travel as needed to various events

Requirements

• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Project management skills
• Communication skills – written and verbal
• Computer Skills – Knowledge of Adobe Creative Design Suite (CS5) or similar, including but not limited to: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent field
• 3+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
