Essential Functions

  • Provide inspirational leadership, motivating and guiding staff to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Collaborate with physicians, support staff, hospital administration, and the executive team to enhance oncology services and drive growth within our medical oncology, radiation oncology, and advanced radiation departments.
  • Develop and empower staff through mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
  • Champion performance improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance clinic processes, optimize resource utilization, and improve patient outcomes. This includes ensuring efficient operations and optimal patient flow throughout the clinic.
  • Cultivate a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all clinic operations.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to address challenges with effective solutions.

Desired Degree

Bachelor's degree (B.S.N.) from four-year college or university; or Associate's degree (A.D.N.); or has completed a nursing program.

Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably with experience in oncology.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including financial management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with physicians, staff, patients, and administrative staff.
  • A commitment to integrity, ethical decision-making, and professional conduct.
  • Passion for innovation and a desire to continuously improve the delivery of cancer care.
