Job Description:
As a Health Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex healthcare data to identify trends, optimize processes, and inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with leadership and clinic teams to extract meaningful insights from various data sources, including:
- Billing data
- Financial data
- Radiation oncology data
- Medical oncology data
- Outpatient pharmacy data
- Population health data

Essential Functions

- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and patient care
- Occasional travel to clinics may be required
Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, health informatics, statistics, or data science)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau)
- Experience with healthcare data, including claims, EMR, and financial data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
