Receptionist – Bolivar, MO
Central Care Cancer Center is seeking a full-time Receptionist for our Bolivar, MO location. This role plays a critical role in creating a welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.

Essential Functions
- Welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic in a professional, friendly manner and assist with check-in.
- Answer incoming calls, determine the purpose of the call, and direct it to the appropriate department.
- Collect co-pays and registration information while maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial data.
- Schedule patient appointments and respond to patient inquiries.
- Provide general information about the organization, including directions and contact information.
- Maintain and update patient insurance information as needed.
- Monitor visitor access and issue passes when required.
- Prepare new patient charts, send out and verify patient paperwork.
- Organize and maintain medical records.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Job Experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of medical office experience preferred; CNA experience is a plus.
Other Qualifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
