Director of Human Resources
Lauren Ogorzolka is the Director of Human Resources for Central Care Cancer Center. Lauren received her Bachelors of Science degree in Business and Human Resources from Fort Hays State University. Lauren is responsible for overseeing all facets of human resources including recruiting and staffing, policy implementation, managing employee relations and development, benefit administration, facilitation of employee training, administration of company wellness program, employee engagement along with managing OSHA and HIPAA requirements.
Director of Radiation
Mary Goldbach is the Director of Radiation Oncology. She earned her Bachelors in Health Administration along with her Associate degree in Radiologic Technology from the University of Southern Indiana. She went on to get a Certificate in Radiation Therapy from the Community College of Denver. Mary received her Masters of Health Administration from Walden University. She has over 15 years of experience in radiation oncology. Her main responsibility is to have operational oversight of all radiation oncology operations. Mary is a member of the Society for Radiation Oncology Administrators (SROA), American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT), and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Chief Nursing Officer
Brenda Bernard is the Chief Nursing Officer for Central Care Cancer Center. Since receiving her nursing degree in 1994, Brenda has focused her career in the Oncology field. She received her Master of Science in Nursing, Nurse Executive Track in August of 2015. Brenda has an active RN licensure in Kansas, Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) and is an ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy card holder. Progressive experience in healthcare leadership including clinical operations, clinical program development, policy development, regulatory and accreditation for outpatient oncology, oncology revenue cycle, cancer committee, and clinical research. She is a local and national member of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS), Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC), Community Oncology Alliance (COA) and American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).
