Essential Functions

What You'll Do:
  • Ensure Accurate Dispensing: Prepare and dispense oral medications with meticulous attention to detail, following physician orders and established protocols.
  • Champion Patient Care: Guide patients through their medication needs, answering questions and providing support.
  • Streamline Processes: Manage patient prescriptions, obtain insurance authorizations, and handle billing inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.

Preferred but Not Required Qualifications:
  • Pharmacy technician certification
  • CMA or CNA experience
  • Proficiency with EMR systems
