Free Bristol-Myers Squibb Presentation and Breakfast Offered Prior to Spring Health Symposium.
Central Care Cancer Center’s Dr. Leonid Shunyakov will provide a free presentation focusing on a product manufactured by Bristol-Myers Squibb. The free presentation will take place at Heartland Cancer Center, 410 E. Spruce St., Garden City from 7 – 8 a.m. on April 13. Dr. Leo will present prior to Central Care’s Spring Health Symposium and breakfast will be provided for all who attend the Bristol-Myers Squibb presentation.
The Bristol-Myers product presentation focuses on: A Treatment Option for the Management of Patients with Intermediate or Poor-Risk, Previously Untreated Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma and Hepatocellular Carcinoma Previously Treated with Sorafenib.

Dr. Leo completed his internal medicine residency and his medical oncology/hematology fellowship at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. He also completed an Internship at Urals Medical Academy. Dr. Leo has been voted the number one hematologist/oncologist in Bolivar, MO, for the last 10 years by 417 Magazine.
He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, standing 10/10 on the most recent board certifications in 2012, the American Board of Medical Oncology and the American Board of Hematology. Dr. Leo’s practices include the diagnosis, treatment and management of various cancers including lymphomas, leukemia, breast, colon, lung, melanoma and all other cancers including skin cancer and benign and malignant blood disorders.
Dr. Leo is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, the Missouri State Medical Association and the American Medical Association.
